“Keep your vitality. A life without health is like a river without water”
-Maxime Lagacé

Hello there! My name is Queycy, I am the founded River of well-being. I build this business with the goal and intention to help increase vitality and improve the quality of life in my community. The foundation to my holistic practice is based on Ayurvedic principles on preventative health. However, working in a pain management acupuncture clinic, I’ve seen many conditions caused by trauma and years of imbalanced lifestyles that have damaged the physical and mental bodies of many of my clients so I feel the need to offer alternative medicine and practices to help manage these reoccurring imbalances to bring relief, and inspire motivation through educating my clients to be able to cultivate the confidence to be in control of their own well-being.
I earned my Certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner at Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2019. Since then, I have taken my education further and earned my Certificate in Massage Therapy in 2021. Due to my curiosity in the human physiology especially in the subject of the Lymphatic System which is often overlooked in western medicine, I decided to further my knowledge and study Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post-op care through the Academy Of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) receiving my certificate on 2022. While earning all the certifications for career development, I was also busy with my own personal development because I knew that to be of service to my community, It is crucial for me to be able to wholeheartedly deliver a safe space for my clients. In 2020, I earned my Certifications for Reiki 1 and reiki 2 in 2022. In 2023, I embarked on yet another journey to earn Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher 200hr Certification and Sound Meditation Certification where I learned about ancient yogic and tantric practices to deepen my relationship with the Divine/Source/God. I do not see myself being done as a student just yet. There is so much more to learn and I am looking forward to my next adventure. At the moment, I am learning how to grow and manage my business while working at a medical acupuncture clinic and taking private clients in my office or at their home. I greatly enjoy my job at a clinical setting I understand the value of learning from experience and fine-tuning my skills while being of service using my God given gifts. I truly believe in my purpose and want nothing more in this world than to share it with you. I am hoping to one day create a non-profit business where I do what I love and be able to offer these modalities to the underserved community.
