Kati basti, Greeva basti, Hridaya basti, Janu basti

A procedure in which medicated oil is held in a localized area (low back, neck, knees, heart or combination) using a reservoir made of flour dough. Helps in conditions such as pain, stiffness, and difficulty in movement.

Pinda Sweda

A treatment using herbal bolus for localized pain management such as rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, joint pain.

Nasya

an Ayurvedic therapy that includes instillation of herbal oil through the nasal route. It works specifically on disorders of ear, nose, and throat. An excellent remedy for headaches, migraines, clearing the sinuses and clearing the nasal passage to enhance breathing. The process includes a Marma point stimulating facial massage, followed by administration of oils through the nasal passage and herbal steam.
